Deborah Ellenor, Psychotherapist

Deby Ellenor, MSc, is a psychotherapist with 20 years experience. She  works with adults and specialises in developmental trauma leading to emotional and relational difficulties, her passion is to help individuals to reach a place of safety, harmony, authenticity and connection. 

Ms Ellenor Started her career working both privately and within National Health Service settings at one point managing the counselling service in a local NHS group of doctors surgeries.  For the last 10 years she has had her own practice and now works only privately. Ms Ellenor is an Integrative Psychotherapist and as well as Polyvagal Theory she has undertaken in depth training in Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting,  she also has 15 years experience working as clinical supervisor (consultant) offering consultation to therapists individually or in groups.  Ms Ellenor is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
