Constance Lillas
Connie Lillas, RN, LMFT, PhD, is founder and executive director of the NRF Institute (), a global social enterprise advancing NeuroRelational Care for children and families facing complex challenges and toxic stress. She co-authored the NeuroRelational Framework (NRF) Textbook and authored the 3 Steps to Resilience NRF Foundations Manual. Her current research explores patterns of allostatic load in vulnerable infants and young children, including those with prematurity, developmental delays, and disabilities, through dyadic, home-based interventions.
