Mayim Bialik, PhD, is a well-known actor, screenwriter, film director, and former host of Jeopardy. She holds a BS and PhD in Neuroscience from UCLA, and she has authored four books, two of which are on The New York Times Best-Sellers list: Girling Up: How to be Strong, Smart and Spectacular and Boying Up: How to be Brave, Bold and Brilliant. She lives in Los Angeles with her two teenage sons and three cats.
