When clients are suffering from extensive physical and emotional abuse, traumas, deep feelings of guilt and shame, depression, anxiety and more...
Their self-worth can be at an all-time low... and they can blame themselves for the way that they feel, leading to a halt in their therapeutic progress.
Modalities such as CBT can help them to recognise their thought patterns and behaviour... but to help clients let go of self-blame and feel self-compassion you need to go beyond the usual tools in your toolbox.
That’s why we’re sharing this 1-day workshop on Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) led by clinical psychologist and CFT expert, author and trainer Dr Chris Irons... COMPLETELY FREE!
The powerful Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) model can be used by itself or is fully compatible with any therapeutic modality you may be using.
And in this workshop, you'll get the proven theory and tools CFT provides, including techniques in Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) that will enhance your client's experience through mindfulness, gratitude and compassion...
… so they can attain increased self-love, improved immune function, deeper relationships with others and a host of other positive benefits.
There is no cost to register and get live access* to this incredible workshop. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Enhanced Applications for Understanding and Using Compassion in Trauma Treatment
Due to the way our brains are wired, the older and more primitive parts are often in direct conflict with the more newly developed parts which can lead to anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and more. This workshop on Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) will teach you the “3 systems theory” of emotional regulation and the Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) exercises and tools that can be applied to teach clients to soothe themselves and create positive emotional responses.
Dr Chris Irons will share with you the invaluable insights and proven techniques he has gathered through his practice as a clinical psychologist and position as co-director of Balanced Minds, the largest specialist provider of CFT in the world, including:
- The theory behind Compassion Focused Therapy according to evolutionary theory
- Research-backed and practice-proven Compassionate Mind Training exercises and techniques you can use to teach client's self-compassion and increase their self-worth and happiness
- A holistic approach using tools from a wide range of sources including psychotherapy, neuroscience, Buddhism and more
- How you can integrate Compassion Focused Therapy in your existing practice and with any modality
- And much more!
