Polyvagal Theory gives us an easy-to-understand roadmap of our client's nervous system to help us understand what’s happening on a biological level when our clients are emotionally dysregulated.
And IFS therapy offers a compassionate, non-shaming approach to healing the wounded, burdened, and traumatised parts of clients’ systems leading to life-changing results through internal harmony and connection.
This free workshop will provide you with the step-by-step insights and techniques you need to successfully combine the most impactful elements of Polyvagal Theory with Internal Family Systems therapy for a synergistic effect that leads to exponential therapeutic progress.

- Discover through real client video footage and skills presentations how you can seamlessly integrate IFS therapy and Polyvagal Theory into your practice
- Adopt a safer and more effective way of using IFS therapy, particularly for clients with complex trauma symptoms
