Associate Counsellor/Psychotherapist - Neurodiversity

Qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, clinical/counselling psychologists and coaches required for self-employed associate roles in Leeds and UK-wide for Free2BMe Therapy Services, an exciting new venture in the neurodivergent mental health space. We offer mental health support and coaching to adults, children and young people, couples and families. We are neurodiversity affirmative and strengths based in our approach - we view neurodivergence as difference, not deficit.

We are neurodivergent led and particularly welcome neurodivergent professionals. All modalities welcome - we aim to offer a variety of options for our clients, as we are aware that one size does not fit all. We welcome clients with a variety of neurological differences such as ADHD, autism, Tourette's, brain injuries, PSTD/CPTSD, specific learning difficulties, bipolar, and sensory processing differences. Our practitioners may specialise in working with one or more neurodivergent conditions.

We are particularly looking to recruit professionals who have their own space for face to face work, but remote only practitioners will also be considered. Working hours are completely flexible to suit you, there is no minimum or maximum number of hours. We do have high demand for evening appointments, so it helps if you are able to offer some evening sessions, but it is not essential.

We are particularly interested to hear from qualified couples' and family therapists who are trained/experienced in working with neurodivergent and mixed neurotype couples and family groups, and neurodiversity affirmative parent/family coaches.

Rates of pay dependent on qualifications, specialisms and experience - starting from £50/hr for counsellors/psychotherapists/coaches with 2yrs+ experience. Clinical/counselling psychology rates start from £75/hr dependent on experience.
