Clinical Training Supervisors

The Psychosynthesis Trust is an educational charity which has over 40 years’ experience in training the next generation of psychosynthesis counsellors and psychotherapists. Our work is based on psychosynthesis – a transpersonal psychological model and approach which integrates the spiritual aspect of the human experience.

Our purpose is to reveal wholeness through helping people to awaken to who they really are. We currently do this through offering professional counsellor and psychotherapy training programmes, transformative learning experiences, counselling and low-cost counselling services, and counselling and training room hire at our Tooley Street building. The breadth and depth of the Psychosynthesis Trust’s offering has developed and evolved over its rich 50-year history.

We are looking for experienced Supervisors, with a background which includes an understanding and interest in psychosynthesis or transpersonal psychotherapy models and application.

As an organisation we are committed to diversity and inclusion, and are additionally looking for supervisors with an interest and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusivity in counselling and psychotherapy.
