Start date: January 2023; 10 weekend blocks (plus 3 for MA), Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 10am - 5pm
Venue: The Minster Centre
A course option designed for practicing psychotherapists and counsellors who want to develop their professional practice and obtain a post-graduate qualification. Both courses are validated by Middlesex University and are designed to lead to UKCP accreditation.
The programme will allow counsellors and psychotherapists from any modality to develop and broaden their clinical practice. Students’ learning is supported through experiential work and a significant amount of direct tutor contact. Designed to accommodate the schedule of busy professionals, the course is part time with teaching taking place in weekend blocks.
The Minster Centre prides itself on offering small study groups, personal attention and a friendly, supportive learning environment which encourages personal development. Applicants are not required to have been in recent academic training in order to be considered for a place on this course.
Students can choose to register for a PG Diploma (16 months) or they can choose the MA qualification (2 years) which requires a further research project undertaken in the second year.
