The Bowlby Centre provides a UKCP accredited training in Attachment Based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, which combines psychoanalytic, inter-subjective, and attachment based approaches, within an environment in which difference is both celebrated and analysed in relation to the wider social and political milieu.

Mirabilis Health Institute

Network of UK Members of the European Society for Trauma & Dissociation (ESTDUK)

ESTD-UK is a professional network consisting of UK members of the European Society for Trauma & Dissociation (ESTD). The latter was established in 2006 as a professional society and ESTD-UK formed shortly after. The society is for clinicians, academics, and researchers with a professional interest in the field of complex traumatic dissociation, and also for official representatives of constituted national organisations who are actively engaged in education, service provision or research in the field of complex traumatic dissociation. ESTD-UK has an established training faculty, produces information resources and provides professional networking opportunities, including stimulating and contributing to research projects. Collaboration with experts-by- experience is a core aspect of its ethos.

SOS Internationale (Somatic Experiencing Training®)

SOSI offers educational programmes and workshops in the prevention and resolution of traumatic stress, the nemesis that underlies the majority of symptoms we express as individuals, families, societies and cultures. These programmes range from in-depth professional trainings of three years, which prepare healthcare providers to work in the field of PTSD, to short introductions and weekend workshops that are available to everybody.

The Loss Foundation

The Loss Foundation is a national UK bereavement charity founded and run by Clinical Psychologists. The charity provides a range of training events on working therapeutically with grief and its associated difficulties. All funds raised from training events go directly into funding the charity’s bereavement support services.

Bodynamic UK

Bodynamic is an international school of Somatic Developmental Psychology. Based on an empiric study and research the comprehensive Practitioner, Therapist or Analyst training develops over 4 or 6 or 8 years training. The 1 year Foundation or the 2 years Shock Trauma training can be attended separately like a long list of specific workshops. We are training psychotherapists, psychologists, bodyworkers, social workers, coaches or anyone working with adults and children interested in expanding their relational and clinical skills and seriously improving clinical outcomes.

Not-Knowing in Psychotherapy

CPD UK CERTIFIED DIGITAL COURSE: ✓ The course explains the importance of maintaining a state of "not-knowing" in therapeutic, creative and personal processes. ✓ The Course gradually clarifies Bion’s main concepts, including Beta elements, Alpha function, O, Transformations in K, Without memory and desire, Container/contained, Dreaming, Caesura and No-thing. ✓ The course discusses developments to Bion’s concepts made by other psychoanalysts, such as Dr. Thomas Ogden (“Dreaming into existence”) and Dr. Michael Eigen (“Impact”). ✓ The course helps consolidate an organised understanding of what constitutes the core of psychodynamic psychotherapy and includes clinical illustrations and stories from different spiritual traditions.

Terapia
