We're looking for a Clinical Lead who will work with individuals, who have been affected by sexual abuse or assault. They will be pro-active in working alongside our CEO, to drive the development of our service offer to adult survivors of rape and sexual abuse. The role will be based at our Centre in Preston and the post-holder will need to be able to travel county wide.
35 hours per week
The Clinical Lead will play a significant role in our continual service improvement approach, developing our adult service provision to enable us to meet demand, developing our digital offer, increasing our accessibility, and guiding the service in its growth and development over the next few years. This is an exciting time to be joining Trust House. We are a growing team and we?re looking for just the right person to steer our adult service provision going forward.
The Clinical Lead will support our volunteer counsellors and therapists, provide individual case management supervision and group supervision at Trust House.
