Trent PTS is the largest IAPT provider across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We have an excellent track record of delivering evidence based psychological therapies as part of the local IAPT provision. We provide a high quality, professional and tailored service to people with anxiety and depressive disorders, offering a wider range of treatment choices and easy access to effective and evidence based psychological therapies.
The expansion of our services brings an exciting opportunity for a full time Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team of psychotherapists, delivering IAPT services to clients in Derby and wider Derbyshire.

The Role:

The post is open to Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists who are currently accredited, or who hold an accreditable qualification with experience of delivering Primary Care within mental health. It is essential that you are able to conduct high-quality primary care assessments and formulate, plan and monitor effective treatment plans for clients with a broad range of common mental health problems, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient autonomy.
You will be a highly motivated, engaging and committed professional who conforms to evidence-based therapy models. You will be able to work autonomously and take the lead in organising your own workload. You will have excellent support from our dedicated administration team and will be part of a dynamic community of therapists.
All staff are expected to offer at least one evening clinic, working 12.00 noon to 8pm.
